Approved applicants will be contacted within 2-5 business days and provided with our equipment application to complete and return back to us.

Qualification Requirements:

  • You are a K9 handler (or K9 unit leadership) currently employed with a Law Enforcement, Fire,
    Search & Rescue, Military, Federal, or other US based first responder agency
  • K9 must be currently certified with existing handler
  • Handler and K9 are not volunteer, part of an NPO, or contractor
  • Your agency is not a privately held business
  • Inquiry form must be submitted by handler, K9 Unit lead, or personnel within the K9 Unit’s chain of command 

 


 

Project Paws Alive, Inc. (PPA) is a 100% volunteer run 501(c)3 nationwide nonprofit organization. Our mission is to provide vital protective K9 equipment to underfunded Law Enforcement, Fire/Arson, Search & Rescue, Military, and Federal K9 units throughout the United States.

Upon receipt of your inquiry, PPA will review and verify your application in the order in which it was received. You will be notified if your inquiry has been accepted, denied, or requires additional information.
